Meet Courtney Lott. Courtney is the Founder of FAC. She is both the Executive Director of FAC and also the lead consultant. As the Executive Director Courtney assumes many roles within FAC. As an adoption consultant she walks alongside adoptive families throughout their adoption journey, assisting with each step along the way. In addition to consulting, she maintains close working relationships with multiple licensed agencies and attorneys, while continuing to build new relationships for the future. Courtney keeps FAC in constant connection with agencies, attorneys, and clients alike.

Courtney has been married to her husband for 21 years. The Lord has blessed them with 8 beautiful children through the miracle of both birth and adoption. Their passion for adoption originated from their strong pro-life convictions as well as their desire to honor the biblical mandate to care for the least of these. Having adopted both special needs and trans-racially, Courtney’s passion is clear and gives her a unique perspective to offer her clients.

Mina Lott

Director of Incoming Clients

Meet Mina Lott! Mina is our Director Of Incoming Clients. She will walk alongside clients as they prepare to begin actively presenting with agencies, assisting in the paperwork gathering, answering questions, profile design, educating and counseling. She will help set clients up for success by helping them be completely ready for any situation that may arise. Paperwork is not always fun but she will guide you along the way.

Mina is an adoptee and young woman of color that helps give our families and our team a different perspective during the adoption process. She is also the daughter of the founders of FAC. She is currently in school pursuing her degree in business.

Emily Caldwell

Director of Social Media and Marketing

Meet Emily Caldwell. Emily is our Director of Marketing & Social Media. She is a huge asset to both our team and to our families. Emily will be connecting with our families and the adoption community through our social media handles on Facebook and Instagram.

Emily Caldwell has been married to Chris, her high school sweetheart, for 19 years. They have four children-two naturally and two through adoption. She is passionate about adoption and foster care, and seeing that all of God’s children find a forever family to show them the love of Christ. She enjoys writing and using her creative talents to bring awareness to the needs around us, and help support families in the adoption process.

Prospective Client Coordinator

Meet Amanda! Amanda is our Prospective Client Coordinator and many times the first person you will speak with at FAC.

Amanda has been married to her husband Darren for 15 years, and they have 4 amazing kids all through adoption. Amanda always planned that adoption would be part of her story but once she met Darren they knew it was the way they would grow their family due to his past medical history.

Once they finalized their daughters adoption there was no denying Amanda’s passion for adoption and that only grew once they brought home their first son and became part of the FAC family.

Amanda loves to talk with others who feel called to walk the road of adoption, and is passionate about helping them anyway she can through out the process.

Executive Assistant

Meet Morgan! Morgan is the Executive Assistant at FAC. She will be coming alongside Courtney and our team as we care for our families in every way that they need!

Morgan married her best friend Kyle during their senior year of college 5 years ago. They desire to grow their family by both adoption and birth, Lord willing. Morgan has had a passion for adoption ever since she was a child. She believes it is a tangible way that she can live out her faith. She is empathetic and organized, and desires to use her heart for the Lord to serve others.

We know that Morgan’s gifts and talents will serve our team and our FAC Families well!

Janine Cooper

Adoption Consultant

Meet Janine. Janine is one of our Adoption Consultants. She walks alongside hopeful adoptive families through their adoption journey guiding and loving them each step of the way. She also helps FAC Families as they work on self designed profiles.

Janine has been married to her complete opposite, Jeff for 10 years. Together they have 4 uniquely different kids through birth and adoption. Though Janine has a degree in education, she has spent the past 20 years as a small business owner documenting the lives of families all over the country. Living out her passion as a documentary-based photographer, she developed a great love for all people, empathy, and the zeal to live a big life.

Janine fell in love with adoption by way of her own struggles in infertility and after adopting her first child. It didn't become a forever passion until falling deeply in love with the birth parents of her own children. She loves walking alongside people as they put their "yes" on the table and watching how God uses that in their lives.

Natalie Schram

Adoption Consultant

Meet Natalie Schram. Natalie is an Adoption Consultant at FAC whose desire is to serve and support families through the process of adoption.

Natalie has been married to her husband Austen since the summer of 2001. Together they have six children both through birth and adoption. In 2013 Natalie and her husband Austen began their first of three adoption journeys with FAC and through that journey the Lord allowed them to live out their pro-life convictions in an incredible way. Given the opportunity to say "yes" to a baby girl born with Down syndrome, though not originally pursuing special needs, Natalie quickly knew this was only the beginning for her growing family. Since Natalie's first adoption she and her husband have only pursued children with special needs. Natalie has also written and published her first adoption devotional that was released 2019, Beneath the Tapestry.

Natalie knows firsthand how hard it is to navigate adoption, especially if you are opening your heart and home to a child with exceptional and complex needs. Natalie's ability to offer a unique perspective while providing additional support during the wait, at placement, and as you transition home and even years later is something FAC is excited to offer their clients.

Located in Canton, GA

Our office is based out of Georgia but our team is located nationwide and we serve families in all states excluding NY & NJ. Although our team doesn’t always have the opportunity to work side by side we believe it benefits our clients in many ways to spread over the US.

 We have an amazing working relationship with one another and enjoy working together as we assist families in their adoption journey. We each have a God given desire to walk alongside adoptive parents as they wait on the Lord to grow their families through adoption. God has also given each of us a heart for birth moms. We desire to see adoption brought full circle by encouraging our adoptive parents to build Christ honoring relationships with their kiddos first families. Our sincere hope is to see God use our adoptive couples and single mamas to draw these precious birth families closer to Himself
